PR Group Training is a training program that is tailored to a group of individuals with a common goal.

Competitive Swimmer Strength​ Training


Packages start at $200/mo
  • Periodized strength workouts that prepare high school and club swimmers for competition
  • Focus on goal setting, education, and movement technique
  • Improve strength, power, balance, speed and agility
  • 60 minute sessions
  • Session frequency varies by season and group needs
  • Meet at a gym, your home, outside, or online​ 
  • Training software to track workouts and progress

Packages start at $70/mo​
  • Challenging and fun pool swim workouts in a group atmosphere
  • Improve swim technique and conditioning
  • 60  minute sessions
  • Meets Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6-7:00 am, and Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00-10:00 am
  • ​Compliments the Adult Dryland Group, and the Endurance Team Group Workouts
  • Participation in USMS meets and fitness events is encouraged -

Packages start at $50/mo
  • Full body strength workouts that compliment previous workouts
  • ​Live online workouts
  • All workouts recorded for on-demand workout
  • Focus on education and technique
  • Improve strength, power, balance, speed and agility
  • 45 minute sessions
  • Meets Monday and Wednesday 6:30-7:15 am, and Saturday 7:30-8:15 am
  • ​Compliments the Adult Cardio Swim Group
