PR Endurance Team prepares individuals for triathlons and running events.  I meet you where you are at, whether you are new to the sport or a seasoned veteran.

  • Workouts include swimming, biking, running, and strength
  • Monthly phone consultation and analysis of your training
  • Training software to track workouts and progress​

  • Compliments the monthly training plan​
  • Up to 3 group workouts scheduled each week
  • A mix of in person and virtual sessions
  • ​Guided workouts to improve technique and intensity for swimming, biking, running, and strength
  • Recorded workouts for on-demand completion

  • Work on technique and conditioning for swim, bike, run, or strength

  • Nutrition guidance
  • Can be combined with the monthly training plan for those seeking more individualized assistance

  • An assessment to determine heart rate zones, and fat/carb needs for each zone
  • Helps with planning nutrition needs for training and race day
  • Highly recommended for those training for an IRONMAN or a marathon
